Email us through the contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we refund your order in full to your original payment method. You don't need to send anything back, and you keep the sponges.

Damaged, wrong or missing items. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
