This policy explains how Frubby handles your personal data. Frubby is operated by EDCOMMERCE LIMITED, Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy Central, Hong Kong (company reg. no. 78809436). EDCOMMERCE LIMITED is the data controller.

What we collect: order details (name, shipping address, email, phone number if given, what you bought) and website data such as cookies for the cart, checkout, analytics and advertising, according to your cookie choices. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers.

Why: to process and deliver your order, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping and — where you allow it — to measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping partners and, subject to your cookie choices, advertising partners such as Meta. We never sell your personal data.

Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it via our contact page. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
